I would like to share feedback regarding the leadership and management approach under Soni Raju. Over a period of time, I have observed several concerns that have had a negative impact on team morale, trust, and overall effectiveness. One recurring concern has been accountability and ownership. There have been situations where responsibility for mistakes appeared to be shifted to team members instead of being acknowledged and addressed constructively. This has created hesitation within the team and reduced confidence in open communication. I have also experienced a leadership style that felt controlling rather than collaborative. Team members did not always feel comfortable raising concerns, sharing opinions, or escalating matters to senior management. At times, it appeared that information flow was restricted, which affected transparency and limited opportunities for fair representation of team contributions. Another concern is recognition and credit allocation. There have been instances where team efforts did not seem to receive appropriate acknowledgment, which has affected motivation and engagement. Additionally, I have observed decisions and interactions that raised concerns around professional ethics and judgment. I encourage management to review these areas independently and assess whether processes, controls, and leadership practices are being followed appropriately. Overall, the current leadership environment has impacted trust, team culture, and productivity. I believe the team would benefit from stronger leadership focused on transparency, accountability, ethical decision-making, open communication, and fair recognition of employees’ contributions.
