Beware!!! - Sales IKA Employee Review

This is an extremely toxic work environment that ultimately stems from the current CEO's incompetency. Decisions appear to be made on a whim and are not supported by any kind of strategy. Questioning or offering feedback on the CEO's decisions is not welcomed (even when asked) if you want to keep your job. The CEO appears to micro-manage employees at all levels with little to no trust or empowerment. All of this results in extremely low morale with employees working in fear over who could be terminated next. The CEO seems to reside inside of a bubble, which makes her oblivious to the true atmosphere and resentment felt towards her at all levels of the company. The fact that all employees received a Christmas bonus this year is merely a reaction to the terrible reviews posted here on Glassdoor. The CEO's attempt to redeem herself does not make up for the poor treatment employees on all levels receive throughout the year. I would strongly advise anyone to seek employment elsewhere. The fact that many reviews have been posted here as of late is an accurate reflection on the true feelings of current and past employees and also demonstrates the risk of raising these concerns in the workplace.
