      Pros

      Willing to give less experienced candidates a chance.

      Cons

      Will pay employees what they feel they can get away with. Massive family focus with preferential treatment. Known for attempts at unfair dismissal and misleading employees into working beyond what is required.

      Some really great management and employees. Open to product input and updating.

      Cons

      Not able to effectively Market in the US. Some really great management in Aberdeen. Corporate, Not So Much. No Corporate recognition for new product development suggestions and implementations.
