      Pros

      Friendly environment. Flexible work schedule. It's a small company and has a more comfortable feel to it, instead of feeling like a "corporate". I came from a competitor of IJUS and I can personally tell you that IJUS has their act together. Professional yet fun. It's hard to find any other job like this one.

      Cons

      There is a high turn over rate mostly because of pay. IJUS will train you and give you experience but once you've gained experience it isn't hard to find a job that will pay more.

      Pros

      No one breaking your chops. Friendly people They offer health benefits and 401K. If you like working in the field and getting lots of over time you'll fit in. Flexible schedule

      Cons

      Office is very disorganized. Every day there are arguments and power struggles. Everyone wants to be a manager while everyone else does little to no work. There is no accountability for anyone. Staff is very underpaid hence a high turn over rate. Health insurance for a family is stupid expensive
