      Pros

      No one breaking your chops. Friendly people They offer health benefits and 401K. If you like working in the field and getting lots of over time you'll fit in. Flexible schedule

      Cons

      Office is very disorganized. Every day there are arguments and power struggles. Everyone wants to be a manager while everyone else does little to no work. There is no accountability for anyone. Staff is very underpaid hence a high turn over rate. Health insurance for a family is stupid expensive

      Pros

      There was not really any good reasons for working at IJUS other than its was a steady income. I did engineering while I worked for IJUS.

      Cons

      The salary was low. The benefits package was okay. The per diem for out of town expenses was a joke. You get $25.00 a day and it doesn't include any day you don't stay overnight in a hotel. The management did not communicate effectively. The project coordination is horrible. Most of the employees were not happy with their work or the company leadership. Projects were completed in a buried manner. The projects were completed improperly and a lot of project were not collected properly all in the name of profits. No opportunities for advancement. Raises were few and far between.
