Pros
1. Name of IISER 2. Interaction with teachers and exposure to training work 3. Exposure to the research work and some interesting projects 3. Exposure to multiple states
Cons
1. The leadership tends to support a few unemployed IISER students, even when those individuals have been known to harass other team members without consequence. 2. There's a complete disregard for work-life balance — leadership has openly stated that the role demands round-the-clock commitment. 3. Much of the work feels arbitrary and misaligned with your skills or long-term career aspirations. 4. Certain events in the workplace have affected some colleagues' mental health so severely that they reported feeling suicidal. 5. Favorite people used to threaten people that they will lose job if they speak agains them or cross them. 6. Some favourite people even openly used abusive dergatory language AND got away with it. 7. Management said those (bullies) people are most important people for the project
