      Pros

      Exposure to large real estate deals and restructurings from seasoned veterans in the business. The strong relationship they have developed with their sources of capital help to gives confidence to their continued funding.

      Cons

      As top managers scramble for profitability, there is no inspired mission to guide the company. There are many sub-factions that formed under rivaling personalities.
