      Interesting work on games and with other smart people.

      Cons

      I felt that my manager was overly involved sometimes and did not let me complete work indepdentenly. The hybrid/remote policy was also unclear.

      Pros

      I was allowed to work remotely.

      Cons

      Salary increases do not keep up with inflation. There were years were I didn't get any raise at all even though I was getting good ratings on my performance review. I was expected to know things but wasn't trained in anything. The culture is very frustrating.
