Pros
+ Stable Place that initially pays well + Great Colleagues + Learn a lot of new techniques and access to resources such as fellow artists and some courses + Work Parties and events happen roughly 4 times a year + Get to feel like you are part of a team
Cons
- Progression is very difficult to almost non existent - Dangles pay rises in order to make you work harder (sometimes for nothing) - Red tape and HR do a lot of things to make themselves feel important that stop you from doing your job - Happy to give praise and thanks but nothing of real substance to it's employees despite making record growth
