      Remote work is generally ok

      Cons

      Mostly old code, most development is offshored. There is turn over, and reorganizations. Salaried people are treated like hourly employees. Benefits are expensive.

      good place to work if you dont want to work very hard or get paid very much.

      I was allowed to work remotely.

      Cons

      Salary increases do not keep up with inflation. There were years were I didn't get any raise at all even though I was getting good ratings on my performance review. I was expected to know things but wasn't trained in anything. The culture is very frustrating.
