      great teammates fun at first

      I got laid off due to COVID. My friends who still work there tell me that the job has become impossibly difficult due to unrealistic management expectations and heavier workload. They all hate their jobs now.

      Pros

      I was allowed to work remotely.

      Cons

      Salary increases do not keep up with inflation. There were years were I didn't get any raise at all even though I was getting good ratings on my performance review. I was expected to know things but wasn't trained in anything. The culture is very frustrating.
