      Some business units provide great work environments, and many of my colleagues are fantastic.

      The company continues to digest a huge merger, which has had a negative impact on the culture.

      Pros

      I was allowed to work remotely.

      Cons

      Salary increases do not keep up with inflation. There were years were I didn't get any raise at all even though I was getting good ratings on my performance review. I was expected to know things but wasn't trained in anything. The culture is very frustrating.
