Toxic Company; Lots of Poorly Executed Re-orgs - Marketing IGM Financial Employee Review

Poor management, awful company culture, toxic people and work environment. So many people have left the marketing department due to poorly executed reorganizations with zero care to existing employees. Bad org chart structuring (way too many roles that director level and above which leads to high salary budgets and not enough lower level staff to actually execute the work required. Understaffed and overworked. No opportunity for growth. Higher ups don't care about lower employees who are looking to grow their career and only reward VP and above. Too much expectation to work beyond regular work hours.
