Pros
If you like coffee in the break room, and the FEEL of a tech-forward office space, they have those things.
Cons
If you have institutional banking or title experience, you may be disappointed here. With the exception of my direct manager, I felt there was no regard for any knowledge that I could bring to the team. I simply didn’t feel that my input was wanted, and I was often reminded of how long certain people have worked at the company, or how many decades one has been in the business, essentially suggesting, ‘We don’t feel it’s broken, so we’re not fixing anything.’. You will never get through a day without someone saying how busy they are. Everyone is so busy because there is an immense lack of established processes. I've seen firsthand how negligible tasks became vast undertakings that could have been handled much more efficiently if the right tools, processes and knowledge were applied. Also, no form of computer software was available to perform my job. Everything was performed manually, and once files are complete, they’re equivalent in size to a ream of paper.
