      Truly an international company where the culture is an amalgam of people from all over the world. Can lead from anywhere.

      Cons

      They aren’t investing in new science. They are pushing combinations of old and old technology to make things look new, but since there’s nothing really new there they are bleeding talent and historical knowledge.

      No room to move up, though you’re encouraged to grow your skillset Very few hiring opportunities, no backfilling of positions In order to move up, you must show you can perform at that next level, while still doing your current job Very few promotion cycles (1-2/yr) Ineffective management Recent layoffs (2025-2016)
