      Good benefits if you are hired by the company

      Cons

      They try to hire you by outsourcing (even its ilegal in Mexico). Also they pay you so bad but the amount of work is huge.

      Pay is good, benefits are solid.

      Cons

      Garbage fire of a company. Leadership likes telling each other stories that aren't based in reality, and they won't fix the long term issues that matter. R&D severely underinvested in. Impossible to influence anyone who matters as they only listen up.
