      Pros

      Flexible Work Culture, It allows us to conduct various different events. Lot of networking opportunities with professionals. Good funding opportunities for project and higher studies etc.

      Cons

      Highly bureaucratic organization , need approval from chair to fix an event...which isn't that hard usually.
