Pros

I continue to work no matter how terrible the situation gets, but there's always a breaking point.

Cons

Managament discriminates showing preferential treatment to come employees while others get most of the workload, struggling, stressing to do their best to complete upon deadline! The frustration and exhaustion is high and atmosphere is awful!

Thank you for your feedback, we appreciate your perspective. We rely on everyone, equally, to create, deliver and support the very best solutions to our clients. As with any agency, the workload is fluid and so teams or individuals see higher/lower workloads at any given time. This is a truth of all communications companies. To minimize the stresses caused by this, we closely track our delivery analytics and resource to projects accordingly. We take workplace regulations very serious and are committed to a workplace free of discrimination based on all protected categories as defined by law. We believe that, when you say "discrimination", you're moreso referring to distribution of workload and your perspective that some people do more than others. We greatly appreciate your perspective, and, if we are incorrect about your use of the word "discrimination", ask that you speak with your leadership at any level or a member of our Talent team. Thank you again for your feedback.

Pros

IDX gives you room to actually do your job. The leadership team trusts experienced people to think, challenge ideas, and make decisions instead of micromanaging. Collaboration across teams is real, not just something talked about in meetings. Smart people, solid process, and a genuine push to adapt as marketing and AI continue to evolve. If you care about outcomes and not just optics, this is a good place to work. There’s also a healthy respect for work life balance, especially compared to many agencies. Expectations are clear, communication is direct, and performance is measured on impact rather than hours logged.

Cons

Like most growing organizations, things can move fast and priorities can shift. That can be uncomfortable if you need everything perfectly defined before moving forward. Some processes are still evolving, which is the tradeoff for not being overly rigid.

Pros

The culture here is a standout. People are genuinely collaborative, helpful, and respectful of each other’s time. As a Project Manager in a performance marketing environment, I’ve appreciated how cross-functional teams partner to solve problems quickly and keep work moving. Compensation and benefits are competitive, and there’s a healthy emphasis on work-life balance, which makes it easier to do great work without burning out.

Cons

There is a documented 30-day ramp for new hires, which is helpful, but the learning curve can still be steep depending on the role/team. You need to be a strong self-starter to consistently hit that timeline, and some processes are learned through experience rather than through fully standardized, role-specific training.
