Pros
Good place for beginners to learn everything from scratch. Suitable for freshers who are fine with a salary below ₹20,000. Permanent work-from-home option is available, which is convenient.
Cons
During joining, the probation period was mentioned as 3 months, but it was extended to over a year for all team members before confirmation to a permanent role. Even after confirmation, salary increments were not as expected, and salary credits were often delayed. After a few months, two months’ salary was held back by the company, and every month we had to follow up directly with the accounts team to get pending payments released. HR communication is extremely poor — emails are often ignored, and there’s a lack of basic professionalism and respect. After resignation, even after returning all company assets, the final settlement was not credited on time. When asked about pending salary, HR redirected the query to the accounts team and avoided responsibility. The company holds back two months’ salary, which is released only after 90 days of resignation.
