Pros
The leadership team seem to genuinely care about their employees and customers. I got on well with most of the Directors and senior managers, found most to be approachable and willing to help. Shout out to Iain and Sally (with whom I had most contact day-to-day), genuinely nice people who want to help their team achieve and grow. I worked in the Project Management team for a number of years and enjoyed the experience overall… there was a particularly toxic element of the team who left relatively recently and, as a result, it’s working in a much more effective manner with less micro-management, less in-fighting and better outcomes for everyone. There are a lot of overtly negative reviews posted here, it’s a shame that reviews are generally more likely to come from those with bad experiences whereas everyone who enjoys the work isn’t as inclined to post positive thoughts.
Cons
Sometimes the messaging wasn’t as clear as it could be… conflicting opinions and information occasionally used to block decisive action but that seemed to have been improving before I left the organisation.
