I was harassed by a senior management and no one did anything. The advice from my line manager was to keep my head down and keep quiet. I had zero support. This senior manager is still employed by the company and, as far as I know, nothing happened to this manager- actually this manager was promoted and had the chance to keep on bully and harass other employers. Unfortunately, this was not the only manager who bullied and the CEO, who is proud of being a people person, turned a blind eye to all of these problems. What are important are money and the work that sales people do, who often are overworked. Everyone else is not important. The schedule, to most, is quite chilled but you are paid next to nothing. They are in Stone Age and have no idea what innovation and strategy mean. I believe they will be "killed off" soon, now that they were bought. Soon their new bosses will understand what they are - a game of smoke and mirrors where disrespect to employers is the norm.
