Toxic culture with poor leadership and drama - Anonymous employee IDM Hospitality Management Employee Review

Drama, poor communication, poor leadership. Culture is pretty fake from everyone I met at corporate. They say one thing but something completely different. I also witnessed sexual harassment that was handled by corporate poorly and resulted in retaliation which is illegal. Really just about everything.
