Challenging opportunity, rotten management. - Technical IDEX Employee Review

Since IDEX took over in 2013, they drove out a good management team and over staffed with terrible managers. A lot of clueless overheaders did nothing and drove out good employees. Very rapid management turnover. This had happened on multiple sites. It's a cannibal village, the eating is good but soon you will be on the menu. They grow through a aquisition, so internal development is strangled. RnD for this company is abysmal, just check annual report.
