Decent company to work for, too much upper management - Anonymous employee IDEAL AEROSMITH Employee Review

No room for advancement, it seems like one division is competing with the others, they can do things faster and it will be done there way. Lack of communication, never a praise, of good job done, or just a simple thanks would do. Morale is very poor, just do the best you can with employees you work with.
