      Pros

      The training program is thorough and prepares you well for client work. It’s great for someone new to the industry. Culture wise the environment is collaborative, with a focus on teamwork across departments. I've found everyone is friendly and supportive.

      Cons

      Expectation wise the pressure to perform is noticeable, which can be tough at the beginning when you’re starting out. Hours - def expect to work overtime, especially during busy periods or major events.

      -Cool clients -All of the assistants become friends -Very detailed and thorough training process

      Cons

      They do not give any feedback. I was let go with no explanation and without having received any prior feedback. I would have welcomed criticism and the opportunity to improve, but I was not given the chance. This tells me they don't care about employee growth or supporting their team. Additionally, there was more turnover in the two months I was at the company than there has been at the three years I've been at my current job.
