Pros
As others have mentioned, ID Analytics is packed to the gills with smart folks. I learned so much during my tenure here from marketing to data science to product innovation. While there are some strong personalities, people are generally super open, collaborative and fair. I always felt that I had a seat at the table and my input was respected. In a rapidly growing and changing "smart" digital world, it was great to work for a company focused on building products to protect consumers and not on selling data to the highest bidder!
Cons
The acquisition by LifeLock has been tough to navigate. I'm proud of the way IDA has held its head high and continued to evolve and grow on its own without being absorbed into the LifeLock machine. Reporting structures have changed and there has been a CEO transition. Larry left some big shoes to fill, but I have confidence in Scott's leadership as well. Hopefully IDA continues to support and foster its own and maintain its positive energy even as integration with LifeLock continues.
