Pros
Starting at IComm I was welcomed with open arms, humour and all the training and opportunity I could have ever dreamed of.
The management/senior management at IComm is very personable, from the bosses wanting to spend time in the other office away from HQ right down to wanting to watch you grow, rise up and overcome challenges and career goals, they are endlessly supportive. You will meet managers who are very passionate about work life balance and will notice if you are being overwhelmed and will try to help you as much as they can.
The other parts of IComm can be high paced, communication is key here and most of the time everyone communicates effectively enough for things to go smoothly, people are usually quite happy to help out. The place works so well by its culture coming first, the people of IComm always come first, everyone has a similar attitude, drive and resilience to get through the day, they are always dedicated to doing there best which is admirable.
Cons
The business can get very busy in both projects and in services, some days you'll be playing a bit of catch up or being stuck onsite longer and it can be a little tiring. This place requires problem solvers so if you aren't one to think before you speak you might find yourself chasing your own tail at times.
