Fellow employees who want to work as a team; excellent location in North County San Diego; ease of access to work by major freeways; free parking; a reltively secure place to work in a suburban setting. Nice facilities with a fitness center and cafeteria.
Cons
Management has failed to see the human side of the company, and steamrolls over the employees in their quest for the almighty profit. Numerous hirings and layoffs make the company look bad to outsiders, and while management trumpets accomplishments, employees trumpet failures loud and clear. There is little positive employee morale and the company is ruled by fear of losing employment, rather than pride in ownership of a piece of the company. This philosophy was handed down from the top and has been perpetuated throughlayers of management. Lacl of leadership shows and has shown for many years. The brass believe they lead, but it's nit by example.
