A lot of internal changes and restructuring of teams leads to changes in management/Line management all the time.
On first glance it seems like a cool and relaxed place to work with everyone being super friendly and open but it's actually super cliquey and if the "cool" people don't like you you'll have a very hard time. Promotions of more senior staff is based on whether higher management likes you - if you have a mind of your own and voice opinions that don't align with their ideas you'll end up on the outside very quickly.
Massive amounts of pressure put on staff to achieve unrealistic targets.
Management is useless, they've recently started hiring more external staff for higher positions but most people have worked their way up from the bottom and over time they created "specialist" and head of roles that have been filled with people who don't actually know the first thing about how to run a business - and it shows.
I know of at least 5 people who left without having a new job secured because of mental health reasons. A lot of people who leave end up coming back after a few months as due to lack of training and development at ICS they're not prepared/qualified for a real, professional job.
