Pros
Honestly it was the highest pay job I had yet in my career so the pay was the only pro, however when the culture is toxic the pay won’t be enough
Cons
They sack people days before Christmas. Management on power trip. Witnessed manager go of with stress due to other managers bullying them. Horrid culture wouldn’t recommend. Workload of about 5 people. Manic amount, customers always complain due to bad chillers and service.
