      Pros

      Good People with a strong history in New England. Good-great products, great inventory and turn around on orders.

      Cons

      CEO is micromanaging and in my opinion preventing sales from growing. Company has made some good moves but decision take too long. Horrible benefits and incentive programs are nonexistent.

      Pros

      Employees are friendly and welcoming.

      Cons

      Some executive leadership was not welcoming. Employees felt not valued. This was several years ago. Hopefully the culture has changed.

      Pay is low and only give out 3% raises each year
