      Small enough to care, company lunches, management is willing to talk/listen to anyone, lots of opportunity for growth if you're willing to ask and work for it.

      Company is small for the pressures of being public, sometimes focus is too broad or ambitious.

      Good environment and people. The time i spend there was very nice and will always miss the friendly coworkers.

      Late to pay every month and salary is low. Not for next step in your career. Basic stuff.
