Pros

* Exposure to top industry players * One month at ICONIQ is like spending 5 months at an industry competitor, experience-wise * Fast growth

Cons

* Lack of diversity at the management level. Strong bro-culture. While ICONIQ attempts to host female-led events, they fall flat when actually making hiring decisions. Upperlevel management is at least 80% male. * Colleagues are stretched too thin with no support * Highly political to a point where it damages client and vendor relations * Senior and mid-level management lack experience and ability to communicate * Chaotic environment with a lot of change but no communication * High turnover If you get an offer at ICONIQ, consider interviewing with other firms first before taking it.

Pros

The People were amazing, so willing to connect and impart their knowledge! Relatively younger crowd and great free snacks and office environment.

Cons

Building at the time had some issues, but now they're in a brand new building!

Pros

Benefits are decent Company name will look good on your resume when you inevitably burn out and leave within 2 years

Cons

Everything on Ops has went completely downhill lately, specifically with Data Ops. All of the Ops teams are run way too lean and most people burn out within 2 years. Half the Data Ops team quit recently, so the team is in complete disarray at the moment. Our team, other ops teams, and the client teams all have made note to management that we never have capacity to take on work because we were so overwhelmed. They knowledged this and noted volumes will only grow, but refused to hire more employees in order to save $ The environment is extremely political and toxic. Management will put all the blame on you/ other less senior colleagues to save face At this point, there is nobody on the team left to help you. You will have no support and will be extremely overworked with no real opportunity for advancement, unless you plan on being there for 8+ years. The pay is underwhelming, they’ll try and extract the maximum out of you for as little in return as possible Overall, would strongly recommend against joining any Ops team here, especially Data Ops
