      Pros

      Flexible/Compressed Work Schedule. Paid time off is great, as well as holiday schedule. Culture and family/work balance is also a plus!

      Cons

      Great place to work, however salary isn't as competitive as other CTA positions in the area. Lots of training but most not geared towards CTA.

      Really great manager. Remote work major plus. No micro management. Great pay

      Annual salary increase this year isn't until September which is odd.
