      Pros

      Loved all my co-workers within project management!! New hires really worked with one another, bounced questions off one another. Benefits were also very good.

      Cons

      Resourcing and allocation, work hours were long at times. Mentor program for new employees would have also been helpful at the time I started.

      Inadequate filling of positions for colleagues who have left has lead to higher workload for current employees with no pay increase
