      Pros

      Compressed schedule, co-workers are nice.

      Cons

      Work load is tremendous for some, depending on your study. No recognition for going the extra mile and working additional hours. Changed vacation, sick and personal time to PTO which meant a loss of 5 to 8 days a year. Increase in the amount you pay medical benefits. Not a fun place to work.

      Really great manager. Remote work major plus. No micro management. Great pay

      Annual salary increase this year isn't until September which is odd.

      The Amgen aligned team is very kind and copious amounts of training are provided.

      Cons

      The workload and expectations are unreasonable and tough to manage, even as a seasoned CRA.
