Pros
The best reason to work there was the mission of Clinical Research. It was a very interesting job. I think clinical research is very important because it is how new products get sent to the FDA for approval and put on the market.
Cons
People are very back stabbing and two faced. The communication from upper management was not good. The turn over rate is extremely high which made moral low. Management does not listen to complaints - they make excuses and turn blame elsewhere.
