      Great people. Strong commitment to making the local communities (including foreign) where they work better. Hours are flexible and benefits are good.

      High turnover in upper management over the past year due to acquisition by ICON plc.

      Great team up to director level. Good place to start career, however not many open positions in US

      Cons

      Contracts are often unclear not including all needed services, leading to financial overburn. The company relies on multiple tracking systems, creating inefficiencies and frustrations for employees, and prioritizes hiring in low-cost regions, which are known for high employee turnover.
