Pros

-Flexible working, hybrid. In office 60% of the week. -Good pay for entry level position

Cons

- No route for progression - Managers micromanage and provide no support - Lead Manager is rude - As work is contracted out your manager can’t help - if you need help the managers find a way to put the blame on you. - feedback falls on deaf ears - morale is on the floor and the managers feign ignorance - Some managers won’t even acknowledge your existence is the hall - High turn over rate due to these issues

Annual salary increase this year isn't until September which is odd.

Pros

Very little pros to working here other than it's very easy to stay under the radar. The work load is light.

Cons

Very little room for growth, eventually got laid off because ICON over hired too many CRAs it could handle. The CRA bridge program was supposed to be only 3-6 months but people we not able to promote despite being there for 2+ years
