      ICON has great benefits for women, ie short term disability, and the work culture was inclusive.

      Cons

      For a local laboratory to pay was low comparied to laboratories in the major city. And because it is a global company employees can be viewed as assets/numbers.

      Annual salary increase this year isn't until September which is odd.
