Pros
-Facility is nice and well kept -Met some great people -Benefits are okay: 10 PTO days, 3 sick/personal days, health insurance -No micro managing -CEOs are extremely involved in the day to day -After I resigned, one of the CEOs asked me for feedback about my time at ICO and I think that shows a lot about a leader who is innovative and wants to make sure employees are happy
Cons
-No training program. You are kind of thrown in and expected to learn on your own. This is okay for independent individuals but when a mistake is made due to lack of training, it is not okay to be penalized in demeaning manners. -Lack of team equality. Everyone is treated differently based on length of time at the company, cliques formed, which is unwelcoming to any new employees. -Communication needs a lot of work. Talk to each other!!!! So many things fall through the cracks because people choose to not communicate and just create assumptions that everyone knows what you expect or need of them. There is so much power in communication! -Management does not spend enough time with their employees, especially new hires. This goes back to the lack of training. There’s a problem when someone goes to their manager for questions and they don’t have time to answer it.
