Pros
This used to be a fantastic company to work for. London Headquarters fired high performing, well-liked Head of Americas Sales in December of 2021 during a record sales year, because he did not practice the "followership" they desired. CEO came to Houston and laughed during Town Hall about firing a Head of Sales every time he comes to town. Culture was incredible until that point. New Head of Sales is unapproachable, power hungry, and in WAY over his head. New ideas and thoughts are not welcome.
Cons
-Every time CRO is on a call, he tells everyone they should just leave if they don't like changes/actions/culture/etc. His famous line is, "You should go, we don't want you here." So many people have left or are leaving that they can't manage the current business, and sales managers are having to spend a majority of their time managing renewals. Lowest paying company in the industry. Very difficult to attract top talent, because they are paying $25-50k less than competitors. Commission payment is ALWAYS wrong, and leadership seems to care very little or work to rectify. -Slacktivism- Leadership constantly posting culture and diversity pieces on LinkedIn, but sexism, ageism, and general toxicity run rampant at highest levels. -Little room for upward mobility, company prefers to hire leadership from outside. -Employees are all jaded, exhausted, and broken. -CEO promotes not believing in work-life balance -Gas lighting, over and over and over. Try to turn teams/individuals against each other, so they'll fight for promotions -Insurance is very expensive, pay is mediocre, culture is beyond toxic.
