learning of banking industry. Process orientation. Career growth. Basic 10%(approx) increment in salary per year. Chances of promotion in every 2nd year if you will get one or two rating every year. You will be recruited as Deputy Manager-I grade. You will get an MBA degree.
Cons
You can not enjoy life completely during MBA session in IMA. There will be loan amount on your head, due to which you are bit restricted. There is bond of 5 or 7 years.
