Before I start this cons list, I want to say to people, please do not be fooled by loads of the positive reviews. Staff are pressured into providing positive reviews for glass door (emails have been sent out), with the one negative review which has been posted before mine have caused a lot of 'noise' in the office. Things like best places to work survey? We were bought breakfast and forced to complete the survey all at the same time (dictatorship?), with people watching over our shoulders whilst we did....
There is favouritism here in this company, and if you want an easy life, its openly known to get on the good side of management (one person in particular)...These people get away with free time off, time away from office, extended lunch breaks...If you are on the other side, be prepared for your life to be hell. There is a ruthless culture of people l;leaving, with 2/3/4/5 people being fired at a time. New starters join and have on the same day also left for lunch and never come back! 'Co-workers' regularly stab you in the back, and its a dog eat dog. I do not trust anyone I work with.
