      Horrible, under valued, snobby CEO - Business Development ICG Medical Employee Review

      Pros

      Some of your work colleagues are amazing and some management but they don’t have a voice

      Cons

      - low salary - CEO is not a nice man and needs to leave or step down - go on about family values but did not see this -verbally attached by the CEO for going on holiday and no one to do my work well perhaps you should invest in staff and teams - now hiring in South Africa to cut costs resulting in the UK staff being made redundant - CEO won’t take anyone opinions -added additional responsibilities with no pay rise -false promises during interview and HR didn’t seem to care and made excuses when this was bought was 6 months - 1 year later -CEO is intimidating and has a old school mindset and company culture - high turnover on staff -no growth - CEO just cares about growing worldwide and not care about his employees - I overheard him complain to HR how I was not able to work due to my health condition linked to covid/ what CEO talks about their employees? - CEO no trust in employees and was so reluctant to work from home pre covid. If you have a family emergency or doctors you are expected to take a day off - where are the family values now?

Management is transparent and approachable, which creates a sense of trust and respect throughout the organization

      Cons

      ICG has been growing rapidly, and while that's a positive, it has left some room for improvement in terms of updating and scaling internal technologies. As the business expands, enhancing tech infrastructure could improve efficiency and reduce bottlenecks. However, leadership seems aware of this and is already taking steps to address it.
