Managers Forcing some workers to charge wrong accounts (overhead) for project work to appease client and then firing the workers ("laying off") for following directions of poor managers! Training is poor Incompetent people in positions they shouldn't be

      Pay, No much room for upward mobility. If you are a high performer, you'll struggle as the structure rewards years spent in the company vs level of expertise or experience.
