Pros
I love the flexibility that ICF gives to its employees, you can work from home every Friday or whenever the weather is bad. Always have opportunity to work on the diversified projects.
Cons
Sometimes the high level manager would not appreciate or care what we are doing, all they care about is whether we are billable or not, as long as we are doing billable work, they won't mind how you do your job.
