working with excellent people, decent salary, annual raises, many people are extremely passionate about their work
Cons
Career development is terrible despite ICF's ability to market its excellence in this area. Many of the promotions are simple title changes and there is little interest from senior management in developing junior staff. Executive staff seem more concerned with maximizing profit than delivering quality results. Work-life balance and benefits are steadily going sour and will probably continue to do so. Benefits were recently cut.
