ICF is a very happy place to work, and upper management does it's best to communicate any new changes. Pleasant work environment with flexibility for your personal life.
Cons
Tough to move up in the workplace. They continually acquire/hire new employees at higher positions than their existing employees. Small annual raises and no/low bonuses.
