      Nothing... yup nothing... not worth it!

      Cons

      CEO started to micromanage everybody, even in areas where he held no experience or expertise, while completely closed - off to suggestions or constructive criticism. It doesn't matter how hard you work because your salary is determined only by how much the CEO likes you. Recommend anyone wanting a career to stay far away from ICE Consulting.

      Cons

      The work environment is fast paced and performance driven which may feel demanding for some but it pushes you to grow quickly and stay sharp.
